Lila Eccles Brimhall (1892-1980) was born November 26 in Ogden, Utah to Bertha Marie Jensen Eccles and her husband, David Eccles, who held half-ownership in the Ogden Opera House, where young Lila was exposed to the world of theater. In 1914, Lila Eccles received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah, where she studied under Maud May Babcock in the speech department. Stanley C. Farnsworth (1906-1976) was a newspaper columnist, radio commentator, and actor in Utah. He was involved in agriculture in the state, serving in leadership positions with the Salt Lake County Fair and the Intermountain Junior Fat Live Stock Show.
